@Bobsomeable what kind of steel pan is it? I've been looking for a decent one but all i can find for under 2 grand are the mini ones lol. Any help would be great
-
i've heard a lot of under the sea on steel drums recently, and though this isn't perfect, it's damn near the best i heard. all the rest were showing off or just played bad.
good job!
-
where do you find the music for this? I have been all over the internet and cant find any :(
-
I can play this on the same pan, we learnt it our steel pan group; you made a few mistakes!! haha, okay job though(':
-
you have to hear steel pans in real to actually appreciate them
-
are you trini
-
Thats amazing I know I could never do anything like that nice work.
haha, this is so cool. May I request a song? 50 cent - PIMP
Of course you don't have to play it, if you don't like it, but it would be sooooo cool, because there isn't any steeldrum cover of PIMP on youTube :(

Great sound! A lot depends on the quality of the pan, but also how it's played- play it too hard and they put out a distorted buzzy noise, play 'em lightly and they sound great.
