2. Could you create one on how to make items restricted to one item per character of that type such as:"One Tome of Experience Per Unit" As if they would be restricted to one item of the same type. I tried but it is very difficult and it ends up with every item being destroyed.

You get into it by going into the Warcraft III file in the "Menu" also referred to as: "Start" most likely the menu of the computer though and find Warcraft III file, where you uninstall it, there should be Warcraft 3 editor there.
