Thanks for sharing. Your apartment looks cozy. Ours was bigger -- two floors - with two bedrooms. My kids loved the washroom/toilet because of the water spout on top -- they had never seen a toilet like that before they lived in Japan. They went through many deliberate flushes before the novelty wore off. Take care, GJ.

It's really not a "nice pad". I used to live there, I can vouch. Fleas in the tatami. Mukade under a sponge. Snakes on the steps. Mould in the bath. Hamish's vomit in the bedroom.
