the iPhone photo shop express has borders and filters, as well as a bunch of other settings not included on the Android version, unless this video is a bit out of date, which is possible.

i like both apps, but i use PICSAY pro constantly, the money is well worth it for someone who likes to edit and change photos .... like myself .... i use photoshop rarely, but it's nice to have just as you said for those who are use to using the app on their pc's
