When he said: "You killed him. Just you." he was talking about the doctor that Mason killed towards the end of Storyline. SPOILER ALERT! When you kill Dragovich at end mason says: "You tried to f**k with my mind! You tried to turn me against my Army! You TRIED TO MAKE me kill my own PRESIDENT!" and at clip scene at end SPOILER ALERT when it zooms in on Mason in crowd, he was guarding the prez :)
