Robert ,you mentioned that 30% of medical cost are for test and procedures that are of no value , however the reverse side of that arguement would be malpratice suits if the doctor did not cover ALL ASPECTS and miss the medical problem ! Dr. are in a heck of a spot ! Damned if they do and Damned if they don't ! If I were in their shoes I would take the extra steps too ! We need a payer based system and keep the government out ! Everything they touch turns out VERY VERY BAD !!

Seems like it's Obama's way or no way.(The Bush administration BUT with a liberal twist!) Not only is the President restricting opposing views, the congress recently did the same , when Al Gore addressed the congress about Global  Warming. The republicans had flow a British climate scientist in to speak, after Al Gore . He was met at the airport in Washington, and told he would not be allowed to address the congress. Al Gore, who will make many millions $ , from cap and trade, has been the main brainwasher, for the Global warming Hoax.
