@FluoriteKaz Deftera isn't that hard. It is slightly luck-based in the two opposite colors meeting, but all you need to do is burn any tumors you see(unless the GUILT is going desperado, remove it first, then burn any tumors.), put stabilizer regularly, and, unless the vitals are low, drain them as soon as they merge.

So basically... use the stabiliser like crazy... don't let the tumors build up... use healing touch. Mmkay. I'm stuck on this at the moment but this might help. x_x

First thing you said DOES apply to Wii; it's just less noticeable.
And don't worry. Atlus tries to even it out through larger vitals dips, the fact that it takes longer to scalpel out a Deftera, and hemorrhages.
