@21supersandra TBH Supersandra i agree. I'm not really up on what's going on these days but I mostly don't like it. I have one or two favourites but mostly i prefer music from the past. I do think the values of the music industry and scene have gradually become degraded. Another factor is "quantity not quality" - i.e. there are more artists, releases, gigs etc than ever before, but no focus on making music *good* - it should be the other way round.

@SuperTomo1965 LOL I'm not stupid at all. I watched the vid because I remember the song from that time when I was a teenager, and wanted to hear what it sounded like again. I was not a fan back then, but it was one of those songs that was everywhere, so is a part of my childhood like Dave Anders. On hearing it again I now judge it to be musically unimpressive... and I'd never seen the video before so didn't know how 'un-PC' it was.
