Dulce I'm 5 months pregnant with my 1st child and I'm worried about natural labor n delivery.. I've heard working out helps. In this video u mention working out after delivery, did u work out during? If so how soon? Like how many months and what kind of workouts did u do? Do u feel like it helped with delivery? Just curious how was your labor n delivery? Can u share please? Ps I just found out its a BOY hehe I'm so excited!
