  • you are right, it is a bit boring at the begining then it gets better; I'll make a better one next time. Try this:

2 kb Jerks, 24kg for 1:30sec, 10 to 15 times, with around 2 to 3 minute break between sets; record how many reps you can get at the end; this is very tough.

  • Thanks for the comments, I'm actually working on a few other videos; mainly on neck strenghting, feats of strengh, and some kettlebell routines.

  • Hi, Im new to kettlebell training, but is it me or this guy is not snapping the hips as he should on every swinging movement? please answer me, cause i want to learn

  • If the weight is lite why use unneccesary tension, that's what happened here, and that is what snapping the causes; and also if you were taught on the hard style of Kbs of course that you gonna snap the hips, a good tip a could give you is, train the Girevoy (Kettlebell) sport way, you will make a lot of progress in a short time.

  • This is Zamar Rojas - founder of Kore Fitness doing a quick Kettlebell & core training workout in Canberra.
