You guys are the only one's I've heard actually sound concerned when a tornado hits a town instead of just cheering excited to be capturing a tornado on film. Thank you for being decent human beings.

This video was very well done! I lived in Morton 25 years ago so this was very exciting for me to watch! At first I didn't think I would want to watch almost 10 minutes of video but this was so good I wished it would have gone on longer.

No Lightning did not hit us nor the car that was passing. There was operator error when trying to zoom in on the tornado while driving and stopping on the side of the road all at the same time.

This has got to be one of the best tornado videos I have ever seen. The quality is great. Could you tell me what camera you used to film this or did you edit the quality during editing.. Great job guys..

@fourman04 I use a Panasonic G250 3CCD Mini DV. Bought in 2006. We actually started when the storm developed west of Burlington IL. This is one of the best storms I have witnessed in a long time. As far as I know there were no injuries. I am posting the tornadoes that occurred after this tornado.
