Nickolas Ashford was one half of one of the greatest songwriting and singing teams in popular music. As a writer he co-wrote such golden Motown hits as "Precious Love" , "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" "Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing" and "You're All I Need To Get By". As a recording act, Ashford & Simpson would go on to continue their success with hits such as "Found A Cure", "Every Street Corner", :"It Just Seems To Hang On" and "Solid". They were married for 38 years and had two daughters. Nick died at the age of 69 from throat cancer. But he isn't dead. His brilliance is brighter than ever. It just seems to hang on.
