i got the pallet expander in feburary and i am done turning it :D i have 2 keep it on till June though :( but it doesnt even hurt that bad. it just stiffens ur mouth 4 a lil bit and maybe have 2 tak a pain pill for the first few turns but then it doesnt even hurt :)

I am getting braces on Monday and was wondering if the impressions made u gag, cuz I have terrible gag reflexes!
