Open House, Drill Team, Part 2

This is the drill team performance at my stable that I ride at. Every year, they have an open house and hundreds of people come to watch drill teams (English, Western, and Jumping drill teams), a parade of breeds, clinics, eat, shop, and look around. Don't ask for the name of the stable.

When in single file, this is the order of the horses: Lucy, Buddy, Nikki, Snapper, Teddy, Diamond, Mex, Thunder, Dusty, Dinah, Robin Hood, Max, Pippi, Poco, Tub, Smudge, Decker, Slim, Griffin, and Geena.
Some of the "schoolie" horses mentioned here are in my video: "Schoolies Having Fun!".

We had fun decorating our horses! As you can see, some of the horses including Robin Hood have stars, hearts, and peace signs painted on them. Don't worry, the paint is removable! I also braided Robin Hood's mane and tail with ribbons, just like some other riders did.

This was Robin Hood's first year of drill team, and he's done pretty well. As you can see, he looks a little crabby in some of the video. For some reason, the night before and the day of the performances (we performed twice- once in the morning and once in the afternoon), Robin Hood had a ridiculous issue with one of his pasture mates and drill team partner, Max. Silly Robins!

Also, sorry about the time and date in the bottom left hand corner of the video; my mom was recording with our camcorder.

I love my instructor Deah, who designed the pattern for us, and helped us learn and communicate with our horses and other riders. I'd also like to thank everyone (20 riders and horses in our drill team!). I love you all, and we couldn't have done this without any of you!
