  • MORNING MUSH OUT YOUR TUSH!!!!!

  • Raw Cacao is not a healthy food at all. Maybe ok for people who are transitioning but not for anyone that is truly following a raw lifestyle.

  • is the combination of everything good? because you don't really say anything about that..

  • I love your cooking videos!! thanks so much for posting! Where can i get your cookbook? thanks.

  • How can such bad food combining be a stellar meal? It can't! Google "Food combining" to learn about the different food groups and digestive timing required to digest all these ingredients. You will achieve FAR less than 100% digestion with all those ingredients. Here are some food group types: protein, acid, sub-acid, sweet, starch, etc.

  • I no longer believe cacao is a healthful choice. I prefer carob over cacao.

Please read End The Fed by Ron Paul ASAP!

  • Sadly most of the papaya from Hawaii are GMO tainted and infected since they created the Rainbow Variety to save the papaya industry. It's one of my most favorite fruits that I used toeat everyday and bought weekly from the Hlo Farmers Mkt. Unfortunately it is beleived that all papaya, even the wild grown ones are now infected with the Franken Food genetics and is considered unsafe to eat.

  • i'd like to put your head in a coffee grinder let the woman speak i'm sure she would like to speak if you let her?

  • yum!

  • Hi Todd and Jia. Loved the video. My only comment for improvement is that you didn't mention the fruit that went in at the beginning. I think it was pears I saw on the cutting board and Jia mentioned papaya. So, sharing ALL the ingredients would be so helpful to paint the whole picture.

Thanks for sharing your health wisdom with us.

    Diane
