This is the first "Nancy" workout in CrossFit Cedar Park's Caveman Nancy Challenge. Contestants were required to do "Nancy" and follow a strict Paleo-diet for six weeks. "Nancy" was repeated after six weeks and prizes were awarded for most improved times and best overall times in beginner, intermediate and advanced categories. Before and After photos were also taken. The after photos will be coming soon, as well as the final "Nancy" workout. Contestants train at CrossFit Cedar Park (Tillman Training), in Cedar Park, Texas. www.crossfitcp.com

  • If they are using a standard Olympic bar it would be 20 kgs. or 44 lbs. A lot of bars sold in the U.S. are 45 lbs.

  • Question: how much does one of those bars weigh without plates??

  • compound exercises and barbells- TOTALLY REVOLUTIONARY amirite!?
