@PerthSkate Take a video tip or two and have better videos than the other. ok buddy?. HMC150 has a Focal Length Equivalent to a 35mm Camera with a 28 - 368 mm range. 28mm is plenty wide. If you want to go for a more "eyecandy" shot, get a good FE lens and don't trash your videos with cheap glass just because other do the same mistake. And always wear your helmet, YES even tho others don't. Or suffer the outcome like other have. my 2 cents.
@PerthSkate You didn't get anything. His fisheye lens is VERY CHEAP and has a lot of distortion - CHROMATIC ABERRATION. The lens on the camera is 100 times BETTER than the trash fisheye he had on it. SO what should you be getting from my 1 year old comment? Get a better fisheye. ALSO this camera HMC150 has already a nice wide HD lens.
3-4 Not everyone is a professional camera operator, and just because other do this cheap fisheye, does not make it a skateboarding video rule.
1. I do know what you said? I can read it in the comments you clearly said to take the fisheye off.
2. thats great but I never said you don't no anything about filming, I said you didnt know how to film skating.
3. all skating videos have a fisheye in it
4. thats great but doesnt change anything. everyone who films skating owns a fisheye lens, its a way to get creative and find angles that are closer to the skater
@PerthSkate And you have no clue who you are replying too. Think before you type. Read again the post I made a YEAR ago!!
1 you have no clue of what I said.
2 I DO know about film making since I'm a cinematographer..
3 Fisheye has nothing to do with skateboarding.
4 I own the camera.
In case you missed the point. His fisheye lens is very cheap and has a lot of distortion - chromatic aberration. The lens on the camera is 100 times better than the trash fisheye he had on it.
Dont Listen to them this video was great, answered alot of questions i need to no, loved the part I WAS GETTING TO THAT BEFORE YOU INTERRUPTED ME, lol,
I liked the animation, and you have some awesome quality!
It is kind of ironic though that you're making a tutorial on a $3,000 dollar camera. Because if you bought that and didn't read the manual or anything, or know how to use it that would be plain sad. Although it is semi-helpful for users of other cameras too. Hopefully you got an A!
