I would really like to move there. But I feel as though I'd be "out of place" being black in Norway. But I love a strong country who pays great attention to their world and are financially responsible and actually trust their citizens... oh the wonders of Norway.

I am like mostly white but I am part Asian and I too would feel out of place there, I would feel so bad there, I can pass as white in the UK but in Norway I doubt it. Would love to move there.
