is ocicats allowed in singapore? how much are they for?

Hi, the Ocicat is regular purebred cat. As it is not a wild cat hybrid there will be no legal restrictions on owning an Ocicat. So all you have to do is work out if there is a breeder in Singapore and if not whether one in the USA or Europe will ship to Singapore. The cost will be the cost of a purebred cat say about $500-$1000 USD plus shipping and any taxes and charges that you may have to pay in Singapore.

I left the patio door open everyday so he could decide to leave anytime. Bleh! he never left. After 3 months, I decided to have him his shots. Then started buying good cat food. After a couple more months I got him a health/medical package to make sure he had the shots and medical attention he needed. He actually meows like an oci. He only meows if he needs food, drink and if he wants to go out. Otherwise, he is a meowless cat who goes with me anywhere I go. He eats with me, sleeps with me.

Sometimes I see him trottling home just to use his box and go out again to chill. Though he has some semblance to an oci, im not sure if he is but the he is so well-behaved that i don't care what kind he is. I still wanna have an ocicat but im not sure if im willing to give up my Abi for anything. Perhaps, having an ocicat will remain a dream, for someday,Im gonna get Abi a companion, not from a cattery, but from a shelterIt makes me cry each time a cat or a dog is euthanized.

Of all the cats i've been around Ocicats are about my favorites. The ones I've known were very interactive and sociable, but not overly demanding. I had a wonderful one who lived to be 17. He was truly the smartest cat I ever knew....followed an amazing number of verbal commands and only had to be told "no" once for most anything. If he did something dopey and I laughed he would get really ticked off with me. He was really smarter than a lot of people I know.

i have an ocicat we got her from some frinds for free becuse they culd not keep her but they had no clue what breed she was i have always been a fan of ocicats but i didnt know if she was one then i wached a tv program and evry thing pointed to her i told my dad that and he was amased that our free cat was an ocicat and it makes me happy to think that i had saved this cat. then shortly affter we went to get her fixed and found out that she had AIDS but i still love her

j'ai un ocicat depuis 6 mois et je confirme : c'est une race splendide, mais ce chat, bien plus qu'un autre chat, aime la compagnie et n'est pas destiné à quelqu'un qui passe son temps à l'extérieur de la maison ! Ne prenez pas d'ocicat si vous n'êtes pas prêt à passer de nombreuses heures avec lui... vous le rendriez malheureux :( !
