@KnockSquared Yes, of course. Screen capturing is very CPU intensive. But again, much of this is due to my power settings in windows 7, which you would be surprised at what a difference it can make.

@HouseOfDomo No, the reason for that was that my power management on my PC was set to lower power at the time. If I increase it to high performance, my CPU sits at 10% at most. Check your power settings on your PC. Defrag your hard drive. Update your software. Good luck :)
