TV Off Effect using Sony Vegas

This is my attempt at creating that old "TV turn off" effect where the picture seems to slim down and compress in the middle. I made this using Sony Vegas 7 and other tutorials on youtube. I used these tutorials to create my own interpretation of the effect.

I would make a tutorial, however, that won't happen until I get a better computer. Screen recorders just don't work well at all with my computer.
