@soccerstar5717 I train my mother on her Bowflex. She loves it! I teach her to do super-sets and all that other stuff. Lots of high volume exercises to lose weight.

What is better a bowflex or just old fashion weights? i already have a bowflex but i think weights are more flexible in all diffferent workouts like i can use them to squat and such what do you think brandon?

Hey is it alright if i do all the exercises in your videos but without using any other weight than my body? I want to get in shape, some muscle, not ripped like you; i want to use my body as weight..will i get results though?

I am gr8 admirer of your body buddy. The fact that you havnt taken steroids makes me think high of you. I am currently 56kgs and want to gain some weight. I am confused whether I should take whey protein or some weight gainer, cuz i tried taking weight gainer and didnt work out well, so considering the whey protein now. I do some weightlifting now and my body is in shape now, but i dnt have the mass :(
can you suggest me wht shld i go for.

im a lean guy and have been trying to gain muscle for almost 6 months and have seen minimal results. im taking a few suppliments and eating healthy, but am having no such luck.any tips?

On the Deadlift, did you bend your knees or keep them straight? Couldn't see in the video.

hey brandon..... im 19 yrs old...... i dont do dieting...im working out in my home for 1 year......im not as ripped as u are but still im good and a little bulkish..... tell me how to add an inch in my biceps and chest plz plz plzzzz tell me....... im waiting :)
