  • hey brandon..... im 19 yrs old...... i dont do dieting...im working out in my home for 1 year......im not as ripped as u are but still im good and a little bulkish..... tell me how to add an inch in my biceps and chest plz plz plzzzz tell me....... im waiting :)

  • @soccerstar5717 I train my mother on her Bowflex. She loves it! I teach her to do super-sets and all that other stuff. Lots of high volume exercises to lose weight.

  • What is better a bowflex or just old fashion weights? i already have a bowflex but i think weights are more flexible in all diffferent workouts like i can use them to squat and such what do you think brandon?

  • Hey is it alright if i do all the exercises in your videos but without using any other weight than my body? I want to get in shape, some muscle, not ripped like you; i want to use my body as weight..will i get results though?

  • I am gr8 admirer of your body buddy. The fact that you havnt taken steroids makes me think high of you. I am currently 56kgs and want to gain some weight. I am confused whether I should take whey protein or some weight gainer, cuz i tried taking weight gainer and didnt work out well, so considering the whey protein now. I do some weightlifting now and my body is in shape now, but i dnt have the mass :(
