I'm 15 and I have never had a perm in my life. I always wear my hair in a ponytail because I feel like everybody is watching me when I wear my hair out. Ignorant people my age who think curly hair is nappy hair and don't know the difference. Today, this guy commented on my only picture on facebook in which my hair is not in a ponytail. He said "Love this pic.....natural beauty :)" This is when I realized that I was wrong. People know, they just are scared, so they keep their perms lol.
