finding oil is not a new thing! every single oil deposite on the planet is known. geologist have instruments that look into the crust, this is not a debate, the world is only so big and your not goin to go anywhere man hasnt been or been too OIL IS NOT FOREVER LIKE ALL RESOURCES! i think you learn that in 2nd grade...not like tomorrow some guy is goin to find a new place for oil! THEY KNOW WE ARE RUNNING ON EMPTY! THAT IS THE PLAN

Here almost all rail tracks are electric. Even the high-speed trains (>300km/h) are electric. And we have a working (electric) public transport system with added busses and some of these going with natural gas.
So not all the world is in need to build that as they did already. I feel sorry for the ones still need to as they see a big problem looming.
