Colorsynths are MIDI-controlled LED light globes, capable of producing a full range of RGB colors. In this video, I have a Midiman Oxygen keyboard plugged into the left Colorsynth, and a MIDI cable connecting the first Colorsynth to the second, making them change colors in sync with each other. You can also set them up on separate MIDI channels to work independently of each other. To change colors, I'm simply hitting keys on the keyboard. Hard hits (high velocity) cause instant color changes, soft hits cause slow color changes. The Mod wheel causes strobing, and the individual Red, Green and Blue colors can be assigned to control knobs and moved independently. The glass heads were Christmas gifts from my mom. My mom's pretty cool. They're regular human head sized, so that should give you a good idea of how big the Colorsynth globes are. The music track is by me, and is called Cherry Blossom.
Great to watch while high
