As for Final Crisis, or anything where you basically know the outcome already because of other titles and blogs, I say wait for the trade. Unless there's something you specifically want to have in floppy like Death of Batman but the only one I read that I can highly recommend is Rage of the Red Lanterns.

yea dude, I can't wait either for this episode but I'm still a little confused about blue beetle and the blue beetle with the high-tec scarab, is the one with the high-tec scarab the ironman of DC or something else? and dude don't stop what your doing cause your awesome
