Hello,
I got distracted making other stuff from the vast amount of lemons and never made the follow up video. It is however quite straight forward to do. Gently take the lemons out of the salt and shake off as much salt as possible. Run the jars through the dish washer. While they are still hot put the lemons into the jar and top up with hot vinegar. Seal and there you go.
