Alex Serrano Tarragó
Until the present time Alex Serrano has released and collaborated in the direction and dramatic art of 12 theatre pieces and 8 small performances.
He has always arranged the scenic creation with the advertising creation, the design of interactive applications and the audio-visual production. This double experience in the scenic world and the one of the visual contact, this combination of languages is always present in his performances, not only in its contents, but also in its technologies.
Therefore, in his pieces it is frequent finding dance, visual theatre, magic, video or interactive tools through dramatic arts that extend towards the experimentation and the search of different disciplines.
Awards
2007 Back. First Price in 12 Certamen Coreográfico de Maspalomas.
One Thousand Sad Tigers. Price to most innovative play of the Feria Internacional de Danza y Teatro de Huesca.
Contra.Natura. Project winner of the 8º Premi d'Arts Escèniques de Lleida.
2006 BACK. Second prix of XX Choreographic Contest of Madrid. Scenic direction and dramatic art of the piece.
2004 RUN. Incubadora price of the Festival PANORAMA of Olot. Scenic direction and dramatic of a project than combines the scenic languages, the dance, audio-visual and the interactivity multimedia.
