I love these Freemen and Women. I do have a good understanding of common law and believe that these people are absoloutely correct in their understanding of common law VS statutes.
I respect all of these peaceful and brave Freemen a great deal, but the sad fact is that telling a bully he doesn't have the lawful right to beat you up rarely stops the beating . It almost always takes a retaliatory smash in the mouth to make him stop.

Remember, many of the Police, in fact the majority are indoctrinated , conditioned robots, take pity on them. The real enemy here is the Law Lords and Politicians. When we realise that and target those individuals we will see a different system in place.

@supersesqui And only if you are attacked. And Im self employed. I run an outdoor guiding company. I work as a outdoor guide for a international students. And just now as its quite in the outdoor field. I get of my so called lazy arse go down to the coast and pick whinkles even when its -4 and 7.30 in the morning. Why should you be able to take my hard earned money by force. If I want a service I will pay for it. I don't steal it.
-
@gssg9 Yes, force may be used against another person, depending upon the situation(eg//; unprovoked attack)
Now you answer my question..it's a simple one....What WORK/JOB do you do for a living ?
OR is it as I suspect that you are a bunch of scroungers living off the same state.... that you hate so much ?
I do agree that we need to reduce state interference and make big business and politicians far more accountable though.

@supersesqui I think the 20% vat, fuel duty, Business taxes and so on would cover what most freemen use. Plus we could go on how the government sells licences for gas, oil, the airwaves and so on and on and on.
Your question has been answered. Now you can answer my question.
Do you beleave that force should be used against another human being?
-
Please tell me what you all do for a living and how much tax you all contribute to the running of this country ?
As you all believe in 'freedom of everything' i am sure you will be more than happy to practice what you preach and tell me ?

Many of the Law Lords and Higher Courts rule, and know the Police are corrupt and lie, why else are so many people aquited when the claim is from a Policeman at appeal in Crown. The Magistrates are quick in out convict and dont even look at the case in general. One Judge in a case of a doorman assualting somoene when told there was no video, asked why there was video in a case he sat when a doorman was assualted before that date, then again after. He considered them to have lied about video.

@modelearth Because they can't !
That's why they're called acts/statutes,policies.They need the consent of the goverened,to hold the power of law.Plain and simple ,they belong to a club (B.A.R/LAW"society") and only members of that club(B.A.R/LAW"society") can make up rules that effect their members .You don't belong to a "society",if you did ,you would be able to give its name. They do!
When you hear them say "we need to do this to protect "society" .They don't mean US,they mean themselves !
Haver an upcoming case at a Magistrates Court (no date as of yet) and have been threatend with a warrant for commitment or disqualification from driving for false arrears which the CSA\ have dreamt up.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
