This video shows the MORSE CODE decoding of the radio message that SAQ (Grimeton Station, Sweden) sent to EUCAP 2011 (European Conference on Antennas and Propagation) delegates, during the Rome, Italy, meeting. This SAQ Special Event Transmission was held on Thursday April 14, 2011, at 12.45 UTC. SAQ was transmitting at 17.2 kHz (VLF).
The IF (wideband audio) was recorded at the backup receiving station located at the University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy. The L'Aquila station was operated by Mario, IZ6QZB.
Reception is performed by "Winrad", by I2PHD. Decoding by "FLDIGI". Both have been properly configured by Mario, IZ6QZB
