A man at Stetson University went from student to activist because of a hateful slur.
Now he is asking people to help him teach tolerance, WESH 2 News reported.
Will Daly was living a normal life as a Stetson University student who was gay, but things began to change, he said, when he woke up one morning and found a horrific word etched into his dorm door.
"It happened early in the morning, so I figured somebody was probably drunk," Daly said.
But when it happened again on a wall in the dorm laundry room, he said hit home.
