@ChihuahuaboyDH And then Bruce threaten to sue Ronnie for using his song. If you're going to wish anyone RIP on a Springsteen vid it should be Clarence not Ronnie. The entire album of Born in the USA was a commentary on how Regannomics screwed this country up. Listen to My Hometown or Downbound Train. The title track isn't a pro-America song it's about how the government turned it's back on Vietnam Vets.

Man, do I miss 1984! Our great nation was prospering financially, we had an All-American President in The White House who kowtowed to no one, & we had great songs playing on the radio like this one! President Reagan even admired & praised Bruce Springsteen as a patriotic American (even though their political views differed greatly)!!! Reagan admired Springsteen so much, that Reagan briefly used "Born In The U.S.A." as his campaign theme song during the 1984 Presidential campaign. R.I.P., Ronnie.
