@Absraction Well, that doesn't mean it's easy to predict tempo changes and stuff. Maybe I was overreacting a little bitxD But anyway, the White Stripes are the redwhite 2D way they are and I wouldn't want it to be different.

The drummer he had in The Upholsterers sounded awesome with Jack White. Additionally the reason Meg can "keep up with Jack" is because she plays almost the same beat in every song.

@dokterwouterkabouter i asked that a while back too. apparently he always rolled the volume on that pick up way down thus coming to the conclusion he didnt need, so.... he took it out! ha

Besides the fact that Meg is the perfect drummer for this music and her simplicity is so original/reckognizable wich totally fits the White Stripes, she is also the only drummer that could play in White Stripes because I don´t think there is any other drummer who could keep up with Jack White and his unpredictable, spontaneous (no set list!) live shows where he plays songs different everytime and mixes like 3/4 songs into 1 on the spot! She must perfectly feels what Jack´s gonna do all the time.
