  • Im not sure how much it costs exactly. But its included into the cost. And you get it a few days before school starts. Final Project is in the Summer for our class. I will most likely be 1AD, Camera Team, or a Grip.

  • In 16MM, you apply for those and the other positions on that particular shoot only. The same goes for 35MM. Its just a one time thing. The other shoots at the school are not as strict. But you have to show you want it more than the others.

  • Yeah its expensive. The school tells you that up front, they even told me I don't have to go to Film School to get into Film. I chose Full Sail because its a place that I could find out what skills I knew I could perform on the set. I have met lots of people who have gotten a job after graduating. This place is only for the ones who search for the jobs and get gigs. Quitters need not apply.

  • its too expensive, plus no one gets a job after your done , have fun paying off your loan when you making 5 bucks an hour working at arbys

  • He not only sees students but he is also the boss guy for film in career development. That's cool man. I got done in October of last year. Don't worry too much about getting a job. Those who really want it will get it. I've already bought a new house since I left. It might surprise you where you find work though. Like me, I'm atheist and I'm a production manager for a Catholic television network. LOL, go figure.

  • Yeah I graduate in October of this year. But my name is at the end of the alphabet. What group is Jamey Hopper in? Thanks for the heads up!

  • Be warned Kid. I hope you name is near the beginning of the alphabet because Jamey Hopper takes that group and he is amazing. He really goes out of his way to help you. I'm so glad I have him. Anyone else be warned. They'll give you links to websites and say tell us if you found anything. But Jamey Hopper will set aside your resume for certain jobs you would like and only lets the ones he thinks really want it have a shot at it. Good luck to ya bro. Should be coming up on the end soon right?

  • Hmmm, so that means the rest of the schools that use the ACCSCT are not good enough either? The ACCSCT accredits Technology schools. Everything from Aviation, Culinary Arts, Medical & Dental Assistants, Digital Arts, and Nursing. Even the LA Film School uses the ACCSCT. So yeah, I guess if they accredit hair salons, its still not good enough for some folks.
