First Start Factory Five Racing FFR 65 Shelby Daytona Coupe

Shelby Daytona Coupe replica first start. All aluminum 408W with Weber Carbs. The is 2nd generation Factory Five Racing Type 65 Coupe. Picked up December 2010 from FFR. The red color is primer. Will be painted September 2011 a House of Kolor blend of Candy Apple red, Brandywine, and Root Beer. Dyno'd at 500 torque and 500 Horse power at the engine.

Thanks. The color of the frame is a House of Kolor blend of Candy apple red, Brandywine, and root beer. Took me nearly 20 samples before I got the color I was after. Just finished the paint on the body this last weekend. Wish I could post a photo as it turned out amazing.

I LOVE the Webbers w/ stacks..what an awesome touch!  Wouldn't want to tune that many of them though....it's tough enough with only two of those on my old MG.

@stuckinpodunk I totally understand your thoughts about the Webbers. This was a big concern of mine while I was trying to make a decision on carburation. I ended up talking to a guy in Alabama that was a pro at these things. Trailered the chassis down to his shop and spent about half a day on his dyno tuning them. I learned a lot.

Frame color looks awesome (looks like a deep red metallic in the video). Hell the whole car does. What is the color you are going to paint the body?
