The Wilson Tool De-burring tool enable sheet metal fabricators to de-burr parts while they are still on the punch press - eliminating an unnecessary secondary operation. Remove waste and increase efficiency in your punch press operations by incorporating a Wilson Tool De-burring Tool.
If the sheet metal components are still held in the punched nest when they are de-burred how is the corner tag de-burred? If the corner tag then still needs to be de-burred by hand I'm not sure what the advantage is of this type of tooling. Also, any time spent on the CNC punch press will cost more per hour than a de-burrer so not sure on the costs. The inner punched windows maybe an interesting application as they are always difficult to get into effectively.
