Great choices! I would have replaced Timon & Pumba with Rocko's Modern Life and Super Mario Bros. Super Show with Ren & Stimpy. Rocko and Ren & Stimpy always pushed the limits of what kids shows can show.

I'm sure there were SOOOO many contenders for this list since cartoons are supposed to be naturally zany anyway. But come on, Invader Zim, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd n Eddy, and South Park could've made this list easily.
