@luizbernard000 In order to make sure they get proper nutrition, their MRE's should have something suitable. Maybe not enough to completely neutralize it, but certainly enough to water it down, give you several more hours, at least. Even if they have no base, they can smother it in random material, soak it up.
'Course, I'm writing this from the comfort of my living room couch. I imagine it's a bit difficult to remember that when your friend is critically injured right in front of you.

People once thought back when planes where first used on the battlefield, they would replace soldiers. Turns out air dominance alone can't win a war, about 100 years later we still use ground forces. Sometimes things don't work out as you'd think.

@HyakuZaku It's based on the book, and very faithfull to the book at that. They are using gauss rifles btw.
