In my very first video I reflected all the selfjudgements in a visual format - Related to all your self forgiveness topics. What I realised through all of it was that all the things that I judged myself about was what I was judging in others. Thus stopping these judgements about others also release myself from these judgements within myself.

Yes big point for me as well Matti. I also sometimes still flinch when people want to argue and have something to say about my forum posts.

I forgive myself for alowing me to feel possibly attacked ny fellow forum members

I forgive myself for allowing myself to attach value to what I feel they should say, to make it 'easier' than confrontation

I forgive myself for allowing myself to want to compete with people and sometimes wanting to dominate people
