@alienworkshop1231 the one with the midfield line isnt a penalty on you, thats a offsides. so if lets say your a middie and one of the defenders on your team takes the ball past the midfield line, one of the middies has to stay back until the d pole comes back, there always needs to be three people in the defensive side or its offsides. all penalties are served in the penalty box and last according to the severity of the foul committed, a slash is usually a 1 minute penalty

in field lacrosse i need help undersanding how to serve a penalty. like one time i bareley slashed someone and i had to stand at the midfield line until soneone on my team crossed the midfield line so can someone please explain how to serve all the differendt penaltys thanks.

@frankalenso yes, you can in box lacrosse, but not field lacrosse.
