Very disappointing video. Everything was puckered while still framed - when the frames come off you are not going to be able to sell the items at all. I would have expected Brother to have had a professional embroiderer demonstrate the machine.
If you want to make any money in embroidery you need a 6 head 12 needle machine as a minimum.

well .. Ok Mr. Mackey ... but i kinda agree with tjod123... they are kind of overpriced... the amount of electricty used, every logo takes upto half an hr or so to complete... for a buisness u need a whole warehouse with few of these machines.

average price of a good 9 needle machine is over $5000 and up

We purchased a 6-needle machine for ~ $8000. We are starting a business with it. And before you think that's too much, go look in your closet and count the number of embroidered items you already own. My wife and I did that test and counted over 100 different items.
