hye i am girl and have problems with my weight.. for your info, i'm 5'3' height, and 167 pounds..and i know its very big number... so i wanna ask how i want to achieve my target to get down slowly... i think im very difficult to reduces my weight... sometimes im very dissapointed my self.... can you give a little bit advice and also which routines that i can follow to help me...please...

Hey wanting to get in shape is the first step! I don't know your current fitness level, however if you haven't been on a regimented exercise routine, I would recommend starting with just one workout every 2 days. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and stretching very well before and after each workout.
Set realistic goals for yourself, just know that loosing the weight slowly over time (aiming to lose a pound a week is a reasonable goal) is the best, most permanent solution:) Good luck!

(cont.) At the VERY LEAST you need one day of rest per week for your muscles to recover. Trust me, I've been an athlete my entire life and rest and recovery can be just as important as working out. You produce metabolic (fat burning) hormones in your sleep that your body can't produce any other way so you need it.

You probably don't need to lose any weight it sounds like you are height and weight proportionate. You probably just want to tone up so that you look slimmer and more in shape. These workouts will definitely help if you try to do at least one workout (one episode) per day and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Make sure you take off one or two days a week for rest and recovery too as that is just as important:)
