Standing on two feet, engage your core. When you feel balanced begin to lean forward lifting one foot off the floor and behind you. Keeping your core engaged, continue to lean forward bringing the weights as close to the floor as you can, without loosing your balance. Keep both legs stretched with minimal bending of the knee throughout this exercise.
