I saw plenty of water for kayakers. Though...would you like to be a kayaker paddling down a river and get a sudden *STOP* when you slam into an unseen pile of rock underneath the water?

it would be difficult to underestimate how important these releases of water are. Mother nature has floods for a very important number of reasons.
