@rpeek oh ha gotcha, i have a 4x8 trailer that swivels i bought it though and it tilts back too.

@slapoutz It's a short tongue trailer that someone put a long boat trailer tongue on to make it into a swivel or whatever you call it when you can hinge it in the middle and drive your yard tractor up on it. You can unbolt the long tongue and use the short one, or use it as it is. For me it was a free trailer. Long or short, was glad to have it. hahaha.
