  • falling on your ass really hard is the worst thing in the world

  • try falling on your ass, on ice. there is no "safe" way to fall. falling on your knees will fuck them up unless you wear pads. also falling on your butt to your forearms is a huge mistake. you'll whiplash your neck and more than likely get a concussion. best way I figured out how to fall going down the hill is to really dig your heels into the snow, almost to the point you're perpendicular to the slope. and then fall on your butt. but either way if you catch and edge get ready to eat shit

  • I have my own snowboard and I have been watching utube videos and teaching myself starting out on a smaller hill. I haven't quite got the turning thing, so I kept picking up speed and going too fast. Since I dread hitting someone, I just sat down when I got too fast at first. :3 Or half lie down.. whatever you want to call it. Aint doing that again.. (if I can help it), it hurts afterwords.
