Noted for its use in the very first Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cartoon ("Sinkin' in the Bathtub", 1930) this comedy song from 1929 was written for WB's "The Show of Shows" in reaction to the success of "Singin' in the Rain" from MGM's "Hollywood Revue" the same year.
Here at a ragtime party on 1 May 2010, Tom Brier plays on piano with Julia Riley on flute. Then Steve Drivon joins in on slide recorder and does the vocals.
