Because Vega like jump attack but Guile has flash kick which defeat any jump attack

Cool! I like him in Super Street Fighter II too and this classic version in Super Street Fighter II Turbo. However I hardly see anyone use the Champion Edition or Hyper Fighting versions even in Hyper Anniversary. Do you?

This episode with these animals tells me I cannot be nice to these developing animals that mostly resort to using macros and cheats to survive almost any video game they play.
Their achievements in games are as legitimate as their births.
