Excerpt from Dreamwalker Dance Company's: 'The Whole Shebang' 2011

An area divided into 9 squares transforms the theatre's back wall and dance floor into a digital landscape inspired by a game of Hollywood Squares, Chagall's vibrant use of colour and by the contours of the theatre itself. A place where brick walls and balconies are transformed with colour and light, shadows and faces, animals and people. All these things and more create 'The Village' where voices in movement, poetry and song can unfold.
