Stopping someone for having the wrong tinted window shade! Come on, what a waste of police time! If he were driving a limo, I'm sure she wouldn't have stopped him! I think she stopped him because she thought to herself, a cheap runaway with tinted windows equal drug possession! When she found no trace of drugs and so the only thing she could find was the irregular tinted windows! Police harassment at it's best!
